Getting started
How do I start?
Sign up at app.cartviral.com with a one-time email code (no card), paste your store or product link in Products, pick a product and a format, and generate. The free start is 18 credits: 3 AI clips or 18 montages.
Which stores can I import from?
Shopify and WooCommerce store links (the whole catalog), product links from Amazon, TikTok Shop and most stores, or a CSV. See Integrations.
Is it my real product in the clips?
Yes. Every clip is made from your product photos, and every frame is checked against them before you get it.
Credits and plans
How much does a clip cost?
A montage is 1 credit, an AI story or ad clip 6, a creator UGC clip 12 and a series episode 25.
What are the plans?
Starter $49 a month (240 credits), Pro $129 (860 credits) and Scale $290 (2,320 credits). Details on Pricing.
What happens if a clip fails?
A failed render refunds its credits automatically. Nothing to ask for.
Clips and formats
What formats can I make?
Creator UGC, ad creatives, AI stories, AI series episodes and photo montages. Every structure is in the scenario bank.
What size and language are the clips?
Vertical 9:16 MP4 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, in English, with captions.
Can I post them anywhere?
Yes. You download the clips and post them where you sell. You decide where they go.
Earn and referral
How does Earn work?
Brands set a commission per sale. Generators post CartViral clips of their products and earn on every confirmed order. The first payout is from $20, then from $50.
How does the referral program work?
You get 30% of what the people you invite pay, for life, plus $300 when a brand you brought passes $25K in sales. See Referral.
