The content engine for e-commerce

Catalog in.
Viral clips out.

Connect your store once and cartviral turns your product catalog into a network of viral short clips - automatically. It reads what actually sells, picks the products worth pushing, and renders scroll-stopping videos with your real product on screen; the first clip lands in about five minutes. Then every wave learns from your sales and comes back sharper.

No card · read-only store access · first wave of 5 clips free

Works with any e-commerce store - Shopify syncs automatically, everyone else imports any product by URL.

The one real e-commerce pain

Great products.
Nobody sees them.

Your store already converts. The problem is getting a stranger to look - and every road to attention seems to end the same three ways.

01 - Overwhelm

You drown

312 SKUs, no time, no editor, no idea which product deserves a video this week. So nothing ships.

02 - Burn

Ads eat the margin

Paid traffic is rented. CPMs climb, the account stalls, and the day you stop paying, the traffic stops too.

03 - Silence

Content never gets made

Organic wins, everyone knows it - but a filming and editing pipeline is a full-time job most stores can't staff.

The cartviral thesis

Content beats paid ads. So we made content the part you don't have to do - an engine that turns your catalog into a channel, learning from every view.

Step 01 - Connect

Connect your catalog. Upload nothing.

One OAuth click and the API streams in every product - photos, variants, price, and 30-day sales - and keeps it all in sync. No briefs, no asset folders, no shoots. It starts from what you already sell.

  • Read-only, safe by design

We read catalog and order signal through the official Admin API. We never touch pricing, inventory, or checkout.

  • Always current

New product, restock, or price change syncs within minutes - the engine always works from live truth.

  • Zero asset prep

Product photos, variants, and descriptions become the raw material. Nothing to shoot, nothing to invent.

Step 02 - Selection

The engine finds your winners.

Not vibes, not prompts. Real sales velocity, margin, and stock. Every product gets scored, the likely converters get pushed, and the rest get held - automatically, every wave.

Step 03 - The build

Hybrid video. Real product, always.

Three levels, one rule: the product on screen is your product, never a generated stand-in. Real catalog photo, real footage plates, a hook written from the product's own reviews, and a clean voiceover on top.

Level 1
Real product only

Catalog photo, subtle motion, caption + voiceover. Fastest to render.

Level 2 · most waves
Product + real footage

A matched b-roll plate - morning light, a kitchen counter - composited behind the real product.

Level 3
Product + AI presenter

A realistic presenter holds and demos the real product on screen.

Hook copy is written from the product's own reviews and specs, timed word by word to the cut.

AI avatar + voiceover · tap for sound
Step 04 - The learning loop

Every wave learns your store.

This isn't one-shot posting. Every wave feeds the Signal Room - CTR, reach, orders - and the next brief is rewritten from what won. Your catalog, your audience, your numbers - nobody else's.

The loop

We don't just make content.
We close the loop.

Generate, publish with your approval, measure, learn - then generate again, sharper. One circle is one wave, and every wave starts from what the last one proved about your store.

Publish here means queued - every clip waits for your approval before it goes anywhere.
Generate Publish you approve Measure Learn WAVE 7

One full loop = one wave for your store.

Waves get better

Every wave beats the last.

Weak hooks get cut, winning frames get rebuilt into the next brief. Nord Ceramics' click-through climbed from 1.9% in Wave 1 to 5.8% in Wave 7.

What it learned

Two stores. Opposite lessons.

The engine learns yours, not the average. A generic playbook would have shipped the same clips to both of these stores - the loop found they need the opposite.

Why this compounds

Every wave writes the next brief automatically. The longer it runs, the harder it is to copy.

Step 05 - Reach

One asset, every channel. You approve first.

Each clip is auto-reframed and routed. YouTube goes out through the official API on your schedule; TikTok and Instagram land as ready-to-post drafts; the vertical cut can embed straight back on the product page.

Wave of clips out

You never upload a photo. Connect once and the engine reads every product - titles, photos, variants - straight from the store API. All 312 Nord Ceramics SKUs became raw material in 4 minutes; six cuts in three formats followed, no shoot, no editor.

Nord Ceramics and Voltbrew are pilot and illustrative stores; all figures shown - clip counts included, plus likes, shares and comments - come from internal engine runs measured across our own stores' channels, not customer averages.

Where this comes from

Built by sellers,
for our own stores first.

cartviral is not a tool company visiting e-commerce. It is the engine we built to get our own stores off the ad-budget treadmill - now opened up.

Real Shopify dashboards from stores our team runs and grows on organic content - the operating playbook this engine automates. Store results, not cartviral customer averages; your numbers depend on your products and your posting.

We have sold in e-commerce for seven years.

Our own stores, our own catalogs, our own margins. We are sellers who built a tool - not a tool company that discovered a niche.

We know the pain from our own bank account.

The hard part was never building the store. It is traffic - and the ad budgets we burned that never paid back on a small account.

So we built this engine for ourselves.

One job: get our own stores sales from organic content, without ad spend. No pitch deck, no roadmap - just catalogs that needed traffic we refused to keep renting.

It ran our catalogs for months before anyone else's.

Every default in the engine - hook length, cut point, caption weight - was earned on real products with real orders on the line, not invented in a deck.

Now we are opening it up.

The quality bar does not move: if a clip would embarrass our own store, it does not ship.

E-com only, to the bone

Hooks, cuts, and captions are tuned for product video and nothing else. A narrow tool beats an everything-generator at the one job that matters here: selling.

Not another plastic AI clip

The real product stays in frame. No invented variants, no colors you don't stock, no dead-eyed presenter defaults. Your buyer receives exactly what they watched.

Skin in the same game

Our own stores still run on the same engine - same defaults, same queue, same review. When it gets sharper, our catalogs feel it first.

7 years selling e-commerce Ran our own catalogs for months first The engine's first customer: us - it still runs our three stores
The mechanics you already trust

Campaign-grade learning.
Organic price.

Every seller knows how an ad campaign learns. This engine learns the exact same way - the difference is that you do not rent the reach.

An ad campaign

ad platforms - the machine you know

A cartviral wave

the same machine, organic reach
1 - The learning phase
Ad campaignLearning burns budget. The platform spends your money on guesses until the signal shows up.
cartviral waveWave one earns its data. The first clips go out, the numbers come back - nobody bills you for the guessing.
2 - The optimization
Ad campaignOptimizes on conversion signal. Winners get the budget. This part genuinely works - it is why you trust campaigns.
cartviral waveOptimizes on your sales signal. Same mechanic: CTR, reach, and orders rewrite the next wave's brief.
3 - The price of reach
Ad campaignYou pay for every view. Reach is metered, CPMs drift, and the meter never sleeps.
cartviral waveYou pay for the engine, not the views. Reach is organic - one flat plan, however far a clip travels.
4 - When it stops
Ad campaignPause the budget, traffic stops that minute. Nothing you paid for keeps working.
cartviral waveShips once, keeps living. Every clip stays up after the wave ends - compounding is the whole point.

That is the answer to "why not just run ads." The other question - why not just use a big AI generator - is answered right below.

An honest comparison

Us, vs an
everything generator.

The big AI video tools are astonishing - at everything. Selling your products is not everything. It is one job, and it rewards a machine built for it alone.

cartviral

A content engine for e-commerce
E-com only, to the bone. Hooks, cuts, captions - all tuned to sell products, nothing else.
Your catalog syncs itself. 312 SKUs in by API, kept current, zero uploads.
The engine decides what to push - from sales velocity, margin, and stock.
Every wave learns from sales. CTR, reach, and orders rewrite the next brief automatically.
The real product, always in frame. Your buyer receives exactly what they watched.
One flat plan. Waves keep shipping; nothing expires at midnight.

An everything generator

Any of them - no names needed
Built for everything. Memes, trailers, dragons - your product is one prompt among millions.
Paste a URL, burn credits. Every retry costs; your catalog never syncs.
You write prompts every time - and guess which product deserved the effort.
No feedback loop. Clip 40 is exactly as blind as clip 1.
Invented variants. A handle that moved, a color you don't stock, a refund waiting to happen.
Expiring credits. The meter is always running, and it runs on anxiety.

General-purpose generators are great at what they do. Selling your catalog just isn't what they do.

Connect your store

For creators & freelancers

No store? Sell clips to stores.

Every product page on the internet is raw material. Paste any product URL, the engine renders a scroll-stopping clip with the real product on screen - and thousands of store owners will pay for exactly that, because filming and editing is the part they never get done.

01 - Find

Pick a store with weak content

Marketplaces and socials are full of stores selling great products with dead photos and zero video. Each one is a client waiting to see what their product could look like.

02 - Make

Paste the product URL

No access to their store needed. The engine imports the product from the link and renders the clip in minutes - your first five clips are free, no card.

03 - Sell

Send it to the owner

"Made this for your product - want it?" A single clip commonly sells for $30-100+, and one happy store becomes a monthly retainer for a whole series.

Honest math: a clip costs you 1-24 credits to render. What you charge for it is your business - we make the clip, you make the sale. No income promises. And when a store you work with subscribes through your link, our referral program pays you 30% of their payments forever.

Works for any store - Shopify, Amazon, Etsy or your own site: sign up, paste a product URL or upload photos, and generate.

Before you ask

Fair questions.

Do I need to film anything?

No. The API pulls your product photos, variants, descriptions, and reviews - that is the raw material. Level 2 hybrids wrap licensed real footage plates around your product, so clips feel filmed without you touching a camera.

I don't own a store - can I still use this?

Yes. Paste any public product URL into the web app - the engine imports the product and renders the clip, no store access needed. Creators and freelancers use this to make clips for stores with weak content and sell them to the owners; your first five clips are free, so the first sale can happen before you spend anything.

Will my accounts get banned?

Publishing is approval-first by design. YouTube goes out through the official API, on a schedule you set, after you approve. TikTok and Instagram never get auto-posted - clips land as drafts in your account and you tap post. No gray automation, no session hacks.

Is this just AI slop?

It is hybrid, not generated whole. Your real product stays in frame in every level; footage plates are real; hooks are written from your actual reviews and specs. And the bar is personal - the founders run their own stores on this engine, and a clip that would embarrass those stores does not ship.

How fast is the first clip?

On the pilot store it was 4 minutes 12 seconds from OAuth to the first rendered clip, with a full wave of six cuts inside the hour. The pilot is Nord Ceramics, our own internal test store - your time will vary with catalog size. Your first wave of 5 clips is free, no card.

What stores are supported?

Shopify runs the full loop today - catalog, sales signal, autonomous picks, learning waves. TikTok Shop, Amazon, and eBay start with catalog import in v1 and deepen from there.

What happens to my data?

Access is read-only through the official Admin API: catalog and order signal, nothing else. We never touch pricing, inventory, or checkout, and we never sell or share store data. Disconnect any time and your synced data is deleted within 30 days.
