How it works

  1. Import products. Paste a Shopify or WooCommerce store link for the whole catalog, or a product link from Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop and most stores. No link? Upload photos.
  2. Score them. Each product gets a 0-100 score from its photos, the benefits in its copy and how new it is, so you start with the ones most likely to sell on video.
  3. Generate. Pick a format or let the AI pick one. The engine writes a script from your product's own page, casts, films, voices and captions it, and checks every shot against your photos.
  4. Post. Each clip downloads with a caption, hashtags and a link. You post it, or creators in CartViral Earn post it and get paid per sale.
  5. Learn. The Signal Room turns your likes, dislikes and post numbers into findings, and the next clips lean on what worked.

What CartViral does not do

  • CartViral is a web app and is not listed on the Shopify App Store. It imports Shopify stores by link, with no store login and no access to your admin.
  • It never posts for you and never logs in to your social accounts.
  • It does not read your sales or orders.
  • It does not invent claims: hooks and benefits come from your own product page and brief.

Questions

Who is behind CartViral?

CartViral is built by e-commerce sellers with seven years of running their own stores, who made it for those stores first. Support answers at support@cartviral.com; the postal address is Steinickeweg 7, 80809 München, Germany.

Is CartViral a Shopify app?

CartViral is a web app at app.cartviral.com and is not listed on the Shopify App Store. It works with Shopify stores by link: paste your store link and it imports the whole published catalog, up to 750 products, with no store login or API key. Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop and most other stores work the same way.

Do CartViral videos look templated?

Each clip follows a proven structure, the way every good short video does, and the content inside it is new each time. The scenario bank has 39 structures (19 AI story, 12 creator UGC, 7 living characters and a series format), and every script is written from your product's own page and brief. The engine casts a creator who fits your buyer for each clip, or you keep one brand character so the same face stars in all of them. Clips are written and voiced in English, Spanish, German or French, and Remake turns a video that already worked into a new one with your product. About 20% of new clips keep testing new hooks and styles, so the mix does not settle into one look.

Do I need professional product photos?

No. Phone photos work: daylight, a plain background and the whole product in frame. One photo is enough to start, and 3 or more from different angles is where the product score counts the photos as complete. Every shot is checked against your photos, so clearer photos give a better clip. With only one photo, Angles makes new angles of the same shot (1 credit an angle, 4 to 8 at a time) and Remove background makes a clean cut-out for 1 credit.

How do credits work?

A credit is the unit every result is priced in, and the price shows before you generate. A photo montage is 1 credit, an AI story or ad 6, a creator UGC video 12 and a series episode 25, the longest format. Starter's 240 credits a month make about 40 AI stories, 20 creator videos or 240 montages, or any mix. A render that fails gives its credits back automatically.

Is CartViral free?

You start with 18 free credits and no card: 3 AI stories, or 1 creator UGC video and 1 AI story, or 18 photo montages. After that, plans start at $49 a month billed yearly or $59 monthly.
