What you get

One person, one voice

The creator says every word on camera, in their own voice. Every take keeps the same person and the same voice.

Your exact product

Each shot is checked against your photos and remade when it drifts, so the label, colour and shape stay yours.

Captions on the real words

Timed to what the creator says, word by word, and the clip ends on a call to action.

One face for your brand

Keep a brand character and the same creator stars in every video, or let the engine cast a new one for each clip.

How it works

  1. Paste a product link or upload a few photos. The engine reads the page and every photo.
  2. The brief: what the product does, who buys it and what a clip must never promise. Yours beats any guess.
  3. The script: a hook that stops the scroll, the product doing its job and a clear ending, in one of the creator scenarios.
  4. Casting and filming: a creator who fits your buyer, every shot checked against your photos.
  5. Ready to post: a vertical 9:16 video with captions, a post caption and hashtags in a download pack.

Good to know

  • The creator is an AI person. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube ask you to label realistic AI-generated content when you post it, so switch the AI label on.
  • Clips are built from your photos and page, so a product with one blurry photo gives the engine less to work with than one with 3 clear ones.
  • Hooks and benefits come only from your own page and brief. If the page does not say it, the creator does not claim it.

Questions

What is an AI UGC video?

A short vertical video in the style of user-generated content: a person talks to camera about a product, shows it and uses it. In CartViral the person is an AI creator who speaks in their own voice, and the product is yours, built from your photos.

Which languages can the creator speak?

English, Spanish, German and French, written natively for each language, with captions in the same language. Russian is available in the Russian interface.

How long are the videos?

18 to 50 seconds depending on the scenario, most around 30 seconds, vertical 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

Can I keep the same creator in every video?

Yes. Save a brand character once (2 portraits for 2 credits) and pick it in the Studio, and the same face stars in every clip.

Do CartViral videos look templated?

Each clip follows a proven structure, the way every good short video does, and the content inside it is new each time. The scenario bank has 39 structures (19 AI story, 12 creator UGC, 7 living characters and a series format), and every script is written from your product's own page and brief. The engine casts a creator who fits your buyer for each clip, or you keep one brand character so the same face stars in all of them. Clips are written and voiced in English, Spanish, German or French, and Remake turns a video that already worked into a new one with your product. About 20% of new clips keep testing new hooks and styles, so the mix does not settle into one look.

Do I need professional product photos?

No. Phone photos work: daylight, a plain background and the whole product in frame. One photo is enough to start, and 3 or more from different angles is where the product score counts the photos as complete. Every shot is checked against your photos, so clearer photos give a better clip. With only one photo, Angles makes new angles of the same shot (1 credit an angle, 4 to 8 at a time) and Remove background makes a clean cut-out for 1 credit.

How much does a creator UGC video cost?

12 credits: about $2.45 on Starter billed yearly, $1.80 on Growth and $1.50 on Scale. The free 18 credits cover 1 creator video and 1 AI story.
